He has experience in a wide range of environmental, land use and licensing processes, regulation, and government relations.
Jonathan M. Woolley's practice is focused primarily on construction law and civil litigation, acting for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers in construction disputes and construction project management matters such as tendering, procurement, contract drafting and negotiation, builder liens, and delay claims.
