Robert Adkins, K.C., has a diverse business law practice, focusing on commercial real estate, real estate development, commercial leasing, municipal law, zoning, property assessment, administrative law and general commercial litigation. Over the past 20 years he has developed considerable expertise in natural resource development and Indigenous law, particularly consultation and negotiations with First Nations and Indigenous communities and groups.

Sacha R. Paul's practice is focused primarily in Aboriginal law and public/administrative law. He has experience working for resource developers, such as mining and forestry companies, in engaging with First Nations and Metis communities, particularly when it comes to future resource developments or the impacts of past developments.

Sheryl Rosenberg's practice primarily in the area of environmental law, providing clients with advice concerning environmental approvals and licensing, mining and mine rehabilitation, natural resource development, regulatory compliance, contaminated sites and litigation of environmental matters.

John D. Stefaniuk engages in a broad practice with emphasis on environmental law, real estate and development law, natural resources and energy, commercial law and municipal law matters. He has particular experience in relation to contaminated sites, mining and mine rehabilitation, wind power development, natural resource development, environmental approvals and licensing, commercial real estate, leasing, financing and development, municipal approvals, taxation and assessment and business acquisitions.
