TDS Announces E. William (Bill) Olson, Q. C. Appointed As Counsel To The Firm

The Partners of Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP (TDS) are pleased to announce that, effective January 1, 2011, E. William (Bill) Olson, Q.C. agreed to accept an appointment as Counsel to the Firm.

For many years, Bill Olson has served his clients, the legal profession and our firm with distinction. His practice covers virtually all fields which involve general advice, advocacy and dispute resolution. Bill acts as lead counsel and advisor to many clients and has appeared before courts and tribunals at all levels.

As Counsel, Bill will continue as a Partner, with an increased emphasis on mentoring small groups of highly skilled TDS lawyers, who advocate for the interests of the firm's clients. He will also be available to share his insight and experience with other TDS lawyers and to advise our clients on strategic planning, corporate governance, dispute resolution, labour relations and health law issues.
