TDS partners, Keith LaBossiere and Richard Yaffe were interviewed by Canadian Lawyer Magazine on how the investment of technology software has allowed the TDS staff to be productive while working remotely. 

While technology is important during this time, so is upholding our core values, like giving back and diversity. We recognize that many businesses have been significantly impacted by COVID-19.

We have launched COMPASS, a pro bono program that helps organizations who have been impacted by the pandemic. A special effort will be made to reach out to encourage applications from businesses that are 50 percent or more owned by Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour, as well as LGBTQ2IA+ entrepreneurs.

Keith LaBossiere serves as the CEO and Managing Partner of Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP. While doing so, he continues to practice in the areas of labour and employment law.

Richard Yaffe practices in the area of securities law, with a corporate and commercial transactional practice and an emphasis on the strategic use of Manitoba limited partnerships.
