The partners of TDS Law congratulate Gerald S. Ashcroft, Lynda K. Troup and Robert W. Olson on their admission to the partnership.

Gerald’s practice is focused primarily on Family law. He has extensive experience in advising clients and conducting negotiations on their behalf in matters pertaining to domestic agreements, separation and divorce, custody and access, child and spousal support, property division, adoption and guardianship. Should litigation be required, he is also experienced in preparing all of the required documentation for consideration by the courts and in conducting all necessary motions, settlement conferences, trials and appeals. He has appeared before all levels of courts in Manitoba and at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Lynda focuses her practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and administrative law. She acts as counsel and gives advice in a broad range of subject areas including insurance law, contractual disputes, negligence cases, intellectual property and employment law matters.
Rob’s practice is focused in the areas of labour and employment, health law, and civil litigation. He acts as counsel and provides advice on employment and labour relations matters, terminations and wrongful dismissals, grievance arbitrations, and proceedings before labour boards and human rights tribunals.
