TDS Lawyer Mason Broadfoot Moves to Winnipeg Office

Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP (TDS) lawyer Mason Broadfoot has moved to the Winnipeg office on a full-time basis as a member of the Business Law Practice Group, effective June 19, 2023. Prior to his move to Winnipeg, Mason articled at Christianson TDS and spent his first six years of practice in the Portage, Neepawa, and MacGregor offices.

Although Mason has a particular interest in corporate and commercial matters and assisting businesses in managing their legal affairs, he maintains a broad practice and is able to serve clients in many different aspects of the law. Additional practice areas include municipal law, real estate transactions, wills, estates, and succession planning.

Prior to beginning his career at Christianson TDS, Mason was able to obtain unique student work experience. One summer was spent as an editor for the Asper Review of International Business and Trade Law. Mason spent his other summer as a legal clerk for an international shipping company, splitting his time between corporate offices in Houston, Texas and Leer, Germany.
