Vivian E. Rachlis has rejoined the partnership of Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP, following almost five years as Senior Associate General Counsel at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. Rachlis practiced with TDS Law from 1987 through 2007, and has resumed her private practice of law in providing strategic legal advice and representation to companies, agencies, professional bodies, tribunals and individuals, in particular in matters involving all forms of dispute resolution.
