Andrew practices in the area of civil and administrative litigation as well as corporate and commercial transactions. Andrew has represented clients before the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench, as well as the Federal Court. As an articling student, Andrew was closely involved in franchising a sport training business as well as supporting a reverse-takeover transaction on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Prior to practicing law, Andrew worked for the department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. In this capacity, Andrew was part of a team charged with creating the Express Entry Program, the largest immigration program in Canada. Over the course of four years, Andrew developed the legal framework for the program, led employer outreach, and subsequently acted as Manager of the program’s implementation.
Andrew recently transferred to Manitoba after articling at a national firm and being called to the bar in Ontario in 2018.
