Arian Poushangi is an associate lawyer who practices in areas of corporate and commercial law, securities law, and taxation.

Prior to joining the firm as an articling student in 2019, Arian was a student-at-law at The Manitoba Securities Commission where he assisted lawyers, investigators, and compliance staff in hearings, investigations and compliance related actions pursuant to The Securities Act (Manitoba).
