Colton’s practice is focused in the areas of labour and employment law, and civil litigation. He has experience providing advice in a broad range of areas including contractual disputes, collective agreement administration, arbitration, discipline, termination, wrongful dismissal, employment standards and human rights issues.

Colton was an Articling Student at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP in 2016 and joined the firm as an Associate in 2017.

Colton is a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (CACE), which is the leading management side labour and employment lawyers organization in Canada.
