Bio

Dan is an articling student with Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP (“TDS”). Dan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba and a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Winnipeg.

 

During law school, Dan was a research assistant to a professor at the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Law and was a summer law student and regular volunteer at Legal Help Centre. During the final year of his law degree, Dan completed the Family Law Externship in which he assisted clients with family law matters through Legal Aid Manitoba and the Law Library Hub under the mentorship and supervision of family lawyers.

 

Dan will be articling in a broad range of practice areas including business immigration, corporate and commercial law, taxation, civil litigation, technology, and employment and labour law.
