Bio

Kelsey’s practice is focused predominantly in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. She has experience assisting clients with a variety of issues including negligence, contractual disputes and regulatory matters. She has assisted on matters in all levels of court in British Columbia as well as the British Columbia Securities Commission and various administrative tribunals.

Prior to joining Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP as an associate in 2017, Kelsey was a summer student and articling student at a national, full-service firm in Vancouver.
