Bio

Called to the Bar in 2021, Natalie practices in Winnipeg, primarily in the areas of civil litigation, administrative, aboriginal and public law.

 

She is a graduate of Carleton University, receiving her B.A.(Hons) in Political Science and Art History, and the London School of Economics and Political Science, receiving her M.Sc in Comparative Politics and Conflict Studies.

 

Prior to joining TDS, Natalie had a career in provincial politics and government. She later clerked for the Honourable Justice Eleanor Dawson at the Federal Court of Appeal.  Through these experiences, she developed a passion for public law in all forms.

 

Natalie is the current Co-Chair and a founder of the newly formed LEAF Winnipeg, a local Branch of the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF) National. She is a member of the Manitoba Métis Nation, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Peg City Car Co-op. She is also an active member of Winnipeg’s vibrant arts and culture scene having served as the Volunteer Director for Rainbow Trout Music Festival for a number of years.
