She assists lawyers with the preparation of documents related to various transactions, including, but not limited to, reorganizations, acquisitions, mergers and arrangements in relation to tax and commercial planning. She also prepares documentation related to incorporations, organizations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, extra-provincial registrations, corporate maintenance and probate related matters.
