Paula is an associate lawyer with TDS in Winnipeg. She practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, public, human rights, and administrative law.

Prior to joining TDS, Paula articled at a litigation firm focused on social justice advocacy in Ottawa, and then worked at the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights in Berlin. During law school, she was a summer student with the Organization for Refuge, Asylum & Migration in Tel Aviv/Istanbul and then the United Nations in Kuala Lumpur. Through these experiences, Paula developed a passion for public law and policy. She brings to her work a commitment to justice and cross-cultural competency.


Paula graduated with a Juris Doctor degree and specialization in Public Law from the University of Ottawa in 2018, where she received the Newton Rowell Entrance Scholarship (2015) and made the Dean’s Honour List (2016-2018). She obtained a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in International Development, from the University of Winnipeg in 2013.
