The partners, associates, students and staff of TDS congratulate Matthew Dalloo, Lewis AllenMeghan Ross, and Andrew Sain on their admission to the partnership.

Keith LaBossiere, CEO and Managing Partner of TDS said, “I am delighted to welcome Meghan, Matt, Lewis and Andrew into the partnership.” LaBossiere added, “Our new partners all began their careers with TDS and very quickly established themselves as great young lawyers and even better people.”

Meghan’s practice is focused predominantly on civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction litigation. Matthew’s practice is concentrated in the areas of tax litigation and dispute resolution in the tax audit, appeals, and collection processes. Lewis’ practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions and leasing, securities, finance matters and corporate governance. Andrew practices civil litigation and administrative law. His practice is focused primarily on the areas of insurance law, construction law, personal injury litigation, and commercial litigation.
