Abhinav is an associate in the Business Law Group at TDS, practicing Corporate/Commercial Law. Abhinav primarily works in the areas of Commercial Real Estate Transactions (including dispositions, acquisitions, financings and leasing), Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Reorganizations & Restructuring, and general Corporation & Commercial matters.

Abhinav obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2024, where he graduated with the gold medal in the area of business law. During his time in law school, Abhinav was a student-at-law for the L.Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic. Additionally, Abhinav served as a co-chair of the Manitoba Law Students Association Professional Development Committee, where he helped organize networking events to foster meaningful connections between law students and Manitoba’s legal community.
