Carly Lafond

Profile

Carly is an associate practising in the area of corporate and commercial law. From 2025-2026 Carly was an articling student at TDS. After being called to the Bar in 2026, she joined the firm as an associate in the Business Law Group.

Throughout law school, Carly was involved with various committees with the Manitoba Law Students’ Association. In her final year, Carly served as one of the Senior Editors for the Canadian Journal of Human Rights while also participating in the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic and Manitoba Legal Clinic for the Arts. Through these Clinics, Carly assisted non-profits, artists and entrepreneurs with a variety of business law matters.
