Christina is a lawyer at TDS practising in the areas of corporate and commercial law.
Christina is a corporate lawyer at TDS whose practice focuses primarily on commercial transactions, including the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers & acquisitions, commercial real estate, leasing, private equity investments and financings. She has also been involved in several cross-border transactions and has advised on a variety of financial services matters such as investment funds, mortgages and banking, securities, and regulatory compliance.
Called to the Bar in 2005, Christina began her career at a large Winnipeg law firm before serving as in-house counsel to a publicly traded financial services company. Drawing on both private-practice and in-house experience, she delivers practical, business-focused advice tailored to each client’s priorities and needs.
