Christina Vieira Olfert

Christina is a corporate lawyer at TDS whose practice primarily focuses on commercial transactions, including advising on commercial property acquisitions, sales, and leasing, and the purchase and sale of privately held businesses, including both asset and share transactions. She has also been involved in several cross-border transactions and has advised on a variety of financial services matters such as investment funds, mortgages and banking, securities, regulatory compliance, and private equity investments.

Called to the Bar in 2005, Christina began her career at a large Winnipeg law firm before serving as in-house counsel to a publicly traded financial services company. Drawing on both private-practice and in-house experience, she delivers practical, business-focused advice tailored to each client’s priorities and needs.
