Debbie is an associate at TDS with a practice focused primarily in the areas of civil litigation and intellectual property. Debbie has experience in a broad range of practice areas including negligence, personal injury, insurance law, contractual disputes, collections, trademark protection, trademark enforcement, and domain name disputes.

Prior to joining TDS, Debbie completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Victoria where she was a student-athlete, competing on the university’s women’s basketball team for 5 years. Following her time at the University of Victoria, Debbie went on to play basketball professionally in Würzburg, Germany for two years. Debbie then returned to Canada to attend law school in Montreal at McGill University, before returning to her hometown of Winnipeg to practice.

Debbie was a summer student at TDS in 2018 and 2019, and returned as an articling student in 2020. Debbie joined the firm as an associate in 2021.
