Emily is an Associate at TDS with a practice focused on corporate and commercial law and estate law.
Emily began as a summer student at TDS in 2024, prior to joining the firm as an articling student in 2025. After her Call to the Bar in 2026, Emily joined the firm as an associate.
Emily graduated from Robson Hall in 2025. In her final year of law school, Emily participated in the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic, where she provided free legal services to local start-ups, business owners, artists, arts organizations and entrepreneurs in Manitoba who did not have access to legal resources.
Before law school, Emily graduated from the University of Manitoba, receiving her B.A. in Psychology in 2019 and received her Master of Journalism degree from The University of British Columbia in 2022.
