Frost is an articling student at TDS with a focus in various areas of law, including tax law, charity law, corporate and commercial law, and technology law.

Frost completed her B.A. in Political Science at the University of British Columbia in 2018. She received her J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2022.  During law school, she worked as an editor for the Manitoba Law Journal, a researcher for the Manitoba Law Reform Commission, and a research assistant on a project regarding an International Criminal Court trial. Frost also served in the Manitoba Law Students Association (MLSA) as the visible minorities’ representative and the chair of the communications committee, where she designed and developed the MLSA website. In her spare time, Frost enjoys learning, volunteering, and taking part in creative pursuits.
