An experienced Real Estate Paralegal with extensive background in residential real estate transactions, including drafting purchase, sale, and refinance documents and managing files through to closing.
Over the years, I have expanded my role into Corporate Commercial, assisting with organizing entities, preparing reporting letters and closing books, and coordinating with in-house and external counsel as well as lenders. My work includes attending to registrations with the Companies Office, Personal Property Registry, and Land Titles Office.
Recently, I transitioned into financing and commercial lending, where I support transactions by drafting and reviewing document summaries and conducting due diligence searches. My combined experience in real estate, corporate commercial, and financing matters allows me to manage complex files efficiently and help contribute to successful closings.
