Margaret is the Director of Library Services at TDS, managing the firm’s library resources and providing support and training in legal research, information literacy, and AI tools.

Margaret joined TDS as the Director of Library Services in 2025. In addition to managing the collection of library resources at TDS, she also provides support and training in legal research, information literacy, and AI tools to members across the firm. She enjoys tackling reference questions for the learning and teaching opportunities they provide. Thanks to studying Latin for five years, she is especially overqualified in translating the dozen legal terms arising from that language.
With service forming a cornerstone of both her profession and vocation, Margaret is equally as passionate about community and serves as Secretary for the Canadian Association of Law Libraries (CALL-ACBD) Board, Volunteer Coordinator for the Manitoba Library Association’s Prison Libraries Committee (MLA-PLC), as well as Co-Chair for the Rainbow Trout Music Festival Board.
