Mikaela is experienced in Collection and Litigation matters.
She assists with management of files involving debt collection proceedings and prepares documents including, but not limited to, Demand Letters, Pleadings, Default Judgments and Garnishment Orders. She also prepares Land Title Registrations and Discharges.
She has been in the legal field for multiple years, prior to joining Thompson Dorfman Sweatman, she was a Court Clerk for the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench.
