Nicholas is an Associate in the Business Law Group at TDS, practicing Corporate/Commercial Law and Tax Planning. Nicholas primarily works in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate Transactions (including dispositions, acquisitions and leasing), Corporate Reorganizations & Restructuring, and Business Succession Planning.
Nicholas obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2025. During his time in law school, Nicholas was a student-at-law for the L.Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic and was recognized for several achievements, including the Taylor McCaffrey LLP Entrance Award (2022), the Dean’s List Academic Award (2023 & 2024), and achieving the highest grades in Torts Law (2023) and Administrative Law (2024).
While in law school, Nicholas obtained a Bachelor of Science with Distinction from the University of Manitoba, with a focus on Chemistry and Biology.
