Nicholas practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law.
Nicholas is a partner with TDS who practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions; corporate reorganizations; commercial real estate transactions, development and leasing; and finance and security matters.
Nicholas has also developed a practice in the area of condominium law. He is often asked to act for condominium developers, and provides advice to condominium corporations and property managers as well.
