Sonya has experience in a variety of matters, including but not limited to refinancing, acquisition, construction and multi-jurisdictional matters, both conventional and CMHC insured. She is valued for her practical insight, collaborative approach and her ability to navigate complex transactions both efficiently and strategically in a dynamic business environment.
Sonya is called to the Bar in Manitoba, Alberta and Ontario, and routinely acts on lending transactions across Canada.
