Vilciya is a current Articling Student-At-Law at TDS.

During her time in law school, Vilciya gained experience in legal research and court systems through positions with the Manitoba Court of Appeal and the Provincial Court of Manitoba.

Alongside her research experience, Vilciya completed an externship with Legal Help Centre, providing free legal information to individuals facing barriers in accessing legal services.

Vilciya was also actively involved with the Manitoba Law Student’s Association in a variety of capacities throughout her time in law school. Her involvement included several leadership roles, among them serving as Co-Chair of the Communications Committee. She currently serves as the Manitoba Bar Association Student Representative.

Before law school, Vilciya graduated from the University of Manitoba, receiving her B.A in Political Studies and Economics.
