TDS Expands to Serve Pembina Valley
TDS is excited to announce the opening of our new Pembina Valley branch, located the Stanley Business Park at the junction of Highways 3 and 14.
“Our goal is to serve Winkler, Morden and all of the surrounding communities as best as possible,” says Scott Hoeppner, the Partner who oversees the office. “This new location is ideal, and it represents the larger area we serve.”
Opening on December 23, 2024, the new larger space provides current lawyers and employees with a better working environment, while facilitating growth and expansion for our clients in the Pembina Valley. This significant investment demonstrates our commitment to the Pembina Valley and to the people who live and work in the community.
“Having our entire team and our resources together in one location will improve efficiency and organization, and it gives us the opportunity to collaborate more closely,” says Scott.
Client convenience also played a role in the selection of this location. The Stanley Business Centre, which celebrated its grand opening in 2013, is strategically situated between Winkler and Morden—the region’s largest centres—and offers easy highway access for those in the area.

Scott Hoeppner:
Scott became an Associate at TDS in 2008 and a Partner in 2016. He focuses primarily on labour and employment law, providing advice on employment and labour relations matters, terminations, wrongful dismissals, grievance arbitrations and proceedings before labour boards and human rights tribunals.
Matthew Bolt:
