TDS is pleased to welcome Alan MacInnes back as counsel to the firm. Alan practiced with TDS for 29 years prior his 1992 appointment as Justice of the Manitoba court of Queen's Bench. He was appointed to the Manitoba Court of Appeal in 2007 where he served with distinction until his retirement earlier this year.
