Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP (TDS), the official law firm of the Winnipeg Jets, is proud to bolster its support of Manitoba’s favourite hockey team through its April 18th game sponsorship against the Vancouver Canucks – the final game of the regular season. With this sponsorship, TDS celebrates dedication, integrity, and teamwork — values that resonate deeply with both our firm and the world of hockey.

Attendees of the game can visit the TDS booth in the concourse outside section 118 for a chance to win a signed Mark Scheifele hockey jersey and Josh Morrissey bobblehead. Participants will also experience logo displays and announcements throughout the game, as well as a promotional product giveaway.

To coincide with the sponsorship, TDS has launched its We’re In, Are You? campaign to pledge its corporate support for the Winnipeg Jets and encourage everyone, specifically corporations in Manitoba to support the Winnipeg Jets: We’re All In campaign. The Winnipeg Jets are deeply ingrained in the firm's culture where TDS actively supports the team through the purchase of tickets, sponsorships and promotional activities.

"At TDS, we recognize the power of sports in bringing people together, fostering teamwork, and building a stronger community," said Keith LaBossiere, TDS CEO and Managing Partner. "Supporting the Winnipeg Jets is not just about hockey; it’s about investing in the spirit of our city and ensuring a brighter future for generations to come."

Both TDS and True North Sports + Entertainment understand the importance of community engagement, and the firm actively participates in initiatives that support the Winnipeg Jets’ involvement in local charities, youth programs and educational endeavours. This includes as a sponsor of the Winnipeg Jets Gala each year, empowering potential in Manitoba’s youth through the True North Youth Foundation.

"TDS lawyers we work with are all extremely committed to assisting not just our organization's goals, but those in our community," said Mark Chipman, Executive Chairman and Governor, True North Sports + Entertainment.  “Given the size and profile of our organizations within the community, we recognize that this stature entails a responsibility to invest in and support the community in which we live.”

TDS extends its gratitude to the Winnipeg Jets organization and fans for its support and camaraderie. Together, we are proud to stand behind the team.  Join us at the April 18th game against the Vancouver Canucks for a celebration of community spirit and to unite in rallying behind the Winnipeg Jets.
