TDS Partner Glen Agar, along with TDS Associate Danny Spencer, acted as Canadian counsel for Monteris Medical in its recent Series C Financing, raising $26.6 million USD in new equity.
The Series C Financing was led by Versant Ventures and SightLine Partners, with strong participation from current investors Birchview Capital and BDC Capital’s Healthcare Venture Fund.
