Adrian’s practice is focused in the areas of labour, employment and human rights law.
Adrian is a partner at TDS with a practice focused in the areas of labour, employment and human rights law.
Adrian acts as counsel and provides advice on all aspects of employment and collective bargaining relationships, including employment agreements and employee manuals, terminations and wrongful dismissals. He frequently represents clients in collective bargaining negotiations, labour board proceedings, grievance arbitrations and human rights proceedings.
Adrian is the Chair of the firm’s Labour and Employment Law Practice Group, and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
Adrian is a current Director of CPHR Manitoba. He is a former President (2017-2018) and Director of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (“CACE”), which is the leading management side labour and employment lawyers organization in Canada, consisting of approximately 1,400 members.

Adrian joined the Board of Directors of Rainbow Stage Inc. in 2013, and served as the Chair of the Board of Directors from 2019 to 2022. Adrian currently sits on the executive as Past Chair.

Adrian has been thrilled to participate as a cast member in five of the musicals jointly produced by the Manitoba Theatre Centre and Manitoba Bar Association: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (2015), How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (2014), Legally Blonde (2013), The Producers (2010) and Chicago (2008).
Adrian served as President of the Manitoba Chamber Orchestra from 2008 to 2010, and served on its Board of Directors from 2000 to 2012.
Adrian is a former President and Director of the Winnipeg Youth Orchestras Inc. (1999-2004)
Former President of the Manitoba Law Students’ Association (1998-99) and was Valedictorian for the 1999 graduating class.
Adrian has been a Head Coach or Assistant Coach with the Northeast Predators AA and Northeast Eagles Female Hockey Programs (2012 to present)
