Alyssa is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with a practice focused primarily in the areas of civil litigation and administrative law.
Alyssa is a Partner at TDS with a practice focused primarily in the areas of civil litigation and administrative law. Alyssa has experience in a broad range of practice areas including negligence, insurance law, personal injury, civil sexual assault claims, contractual disputes, and criminal matters.
Alyssa has appeared as counsel before the Provincial Court of Manitoba, the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench, the Manitoba Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, and assisted on an appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada in 2018. Alyssa also represents clients in mediations and arbitrations before administrative tribunals.
