Our firm acts as counsel to a number of administrative tribunals in both the public and private sectors. Our lawyers provide advice on both procedural and substantive issues and routinely appear in court to defend or challenge the jurisdiction of tribunals. The lawyers in our administrative law group also represent parties to administrative proceedings, including individuals and corporations, and act as prosecuting counsel on behalf of a number of different professional bodies and self-governing associations.
