Gordon McKinnon is a partner at TDS who practises civil litigation and administrative law. His litigation experience is in the areas of insurance law, personal injury litigation and commercial litigation. His administrative law practice is related to workers’ compensation and professional discipline. Mr. McKinnon acts as external counsel and litigation counsel to a number of Provincial Crown agencies and departments.
