Kevin is an associate at TDS with a practice that is focused in the areas of corporate and commercial law, and can be divided into three areas: (i) a general corporate and commercial practice which involves acting on acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and reorganizations; (ii) banking and finance; and (iii) real estate and development.
Kevin was a summer student at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP in 2016 and 2017 and returned as an articling student in 2018. Kevin joined the firm as an associate in 2019.
