Meghan’s practice is focused on construction law, where she brings experience acting for owners, contractors, design professionals, and insurers. She regularly handles complex disputes involving breach of contract, negligence, liens, breach of trust, cost overruns, delays, and deficiencies.
Beyond the courtroom, Meghan advises parties across the construction industry on contracts and professional design agreements, helping clients structure their relationships and manage risk before disputes arise.
Meghan is also committed to advancing the next generation of construction law practitioners. She co-teaches the construction law course at the University of Manitoba and frequently leads programs for industry associations.
Within the firm, Meghan serves as Chair of the TDS Litigation Practice Group and is a member of the Student Committee.
