Mitch’s practice is focused in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and commercial real estate transactions. He has experience with both private and publicly traded companies, and has been involved in numerous cross-border acquisitions.
Mitch began as an articling student at TDS in 2018 prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2019.
