Stefan’s practice is focused primarily on all forms of secured lending transactions.
In particular, Stefan has significant experience in all facets of real estate financing matters, including refinancing, acquisition and construction, CMHC insured, multi-jurisdictional and syndicated matters.
Stefan has also assisted lenders with developing standard forms for loan, security and related agreements, as well as establishing lending practices and procedures in a variety of financing matters.
Additionally, Stefan also represents clients in a variety of commercial and multi-family residential real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions.
Stefan is called to the Bar in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta and routinely acts on lending transactions across Canada.
