Suzette Golden-Greenwood
Suzette practices primarily in the areas of Family Law. She assists families with child custody, parenting time, and decision making, as well as child support and income determination. She helps with property division and spousal support, including entitlement, quantum, and duration. Additionally, Suzette drafts and provides legal advice on family contracts such as prenuptial agreements, cohabitation, post-nuptial agreements and separation agreements, property division agreements, and parenting agreements. Suzette represents clients in the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench and the Manitoba Court of Appeal.
Renae Baker
Renae practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law. She has experience assisting businesses of all sizes with a variety of legal matters, including purchase and sale transactions, real
property conveyancing, leasing and financing. She is also able to assist with the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements for various purposes.
Alyson Vercaigne
Alyson maintains a broad practice and enjoys serving clients in many different aspects of the law. Her practice areas include residential, commercial and farmland real estate transactions, wills, estates, and estate planning and corporate law, among others. Alyson takes pride in practising in a smaller centre and in providing legal services to clients in the Westman area.
