Meet Our 2025 TDS Partners

Mason Broadfoot | TDS Law

Mason is a Partner at the TDS Winnipeg office. Although Mason has a particular interest in corporate and commercial matters and assisting local businesses in managing their legal affairs, he maintains a broad practice and is able to serve clients in many different aspects of the law. Additional practice areas include municipal law, commercial real estate transactions, property development, financing, leasing, condominium law, and mortgage enforcement and foreclosure.

Alexander H. Leaver | TDS Law | Labour and Employment Lawyer

Alex’s practice is focused in the areas of labour, employment, and human rights law. He primarily provides advice to employers and employees on employment contracts, employee manuals, collective agreement administration, discipline, termination, wrongful dismissal, employment standards, and human rights issues.

Dan C. Robillard | TDS Law

Dan is a Partner with TDS whose practice is in corporate and commercial law. Dan has experience with advising a wide variety of clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial real estate transactions and banking and financing matters. Dan also frequently advises landlords or tenants in commercial leasing matters.
