Thompson Dorfman Sweatman Welcomes Summer Students

published 06/18/2020

TDS is pleased to welcome Chanel Carlson, Elizabeth Pappas, Lidet Getachew, Joel Olfert, Celyna Yu, Leah Suderman and Andrew Warkentin to the firm.

The objective of our Summer Student Program is to provide law students with experience in the practice of law and an opportunity to get to know the firm’s lawyers and practice areas. Summer Students are assigned to three or four lawyers who practice in various areas of the law. The Students assist in legal research, drafting documents, and preparations for court proceedings and other hearings. The Students also have opportunities to accompany lawyers to client meetings, pre-trial proceedings, court, hearings and commercial transaction closings.
