Eric is an associate with TDS. He practices primarily civil litigation, focused on the areas of insurance law, personal injury, and commercial litigation. In addition to his civil litigation practice, Eric maintains a practice in the areas of wills, trusts and estates.
Eric joined the firm as an articling student in 2024 before becoming an associate in 2025.
Prior to law school, Eric received a Master of Arts from the University of Manitoba in Political Studies, with a focus on political and moral philosophy. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2024.
During his time in law school, Eric participated in the French stream of the Canadian National Negotiation Competition and was a French oralist in the Laskin Moot Court Competition. Eric also served as a student clerk for the Provincial Court of Manitoba in 2023.
Eric’s approach to volunteerism embodies the firm’s deep commitment towards community engagement. For nearly a decade he organized his hometown of Sainte-Agathe’s annual community festival, the Cheyenne Summer Festival. As a law student, Eric was elected as the Vice-President External of the Manitoba Law Students’ Association. He currently serves as a member of the Branch Council of the Manitoba Bar Association.
As a francophone, Eric is pleased to offer services in both official languages.
