Laura is an associate lawyer at TDS whose practice is concentrated primarily in the areas of labour and employment law, and civil litigation. Laura advises clients in various areas, including discipline, terminations, workplace safety and health matters, drafting employer policies and manuals, employment contracts, human rights issues, and wrongful dismissal litigation. She has successfully appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba.
Laura is also a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (CACE), which is the leading management-side labour and employment lawyers organization in Canada.
