Lewis's practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate and commercial law.
Lewis is a partner at TDS who practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, including finance and banking, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions and leasing, securities and corporate governance.
Lewis has been with TDS for his entire professional career after joining as a summer student in 2009 and then becoming an associate and later a partner.
Lewis is a member of the firm’s Student Committee and Marketing Committee.
