Ingrid practises primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law and intellectual property law, with areas of interest in entertainment law.
Ingrid is an associate at TDS, practicing in the areas of corporate and commercial law, financing, and intellectual property, with a particular interest in entertainment law. She advises businesses and entrepreneurs on the importance of securing and protecting intellectual property, helping them navigate strategies for ownership, commercialization, and risk management. Ingrid also provides guidance on various agreements involving intellectual property licensing, chain of title verification, and transfer of ownership to ensure clear and enforceable rights.
In addition to her intellectual property work, Ingrid acts for lenders and borrowers in financing transactions to help facilitate secured lending and ensure compliance with financing requirements.
Ingrid has completed certificate programs in Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property Licensing at Osgoode Hall Law School, further strengthening her knowledge in these areas. She is passionate about helping clients understand how intellectual property fits within their business strategy and how securing ownership can create long-term value.
