Jonathan M. Woolley has been appointed a Judge of the Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba in Winnipeg and is no longer at TDS, effective March, 20, 2026. Anyone wishing to contact Jon should contact Meghan Ross at mcr@tdslaw.com or by phone at (204) 934-2467 and they will be happy to assist you.
Jon is a partner with TDS whose practice is focused primarily on construction law and civil litigation. Jon currently provides advice to Owners, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers in all aspects of construction law. Jon has experience in the drafting and negotiation of construction agreements, procurement matters, tendering issues, construction insurance issues and builders’ liens as well as providing advocacy services for mediations, arbitrations, regulatory proceedings and litigation.
Jon also provides general commercial litigation and dispute resolution services with respect to insurance, landlord and tenant and environmental matters.
