Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP (TDS) congratulates Lisa Stiver on her appointment as Chair of the firm’s Management Committee. Lisa has been a leader and mentor at TDS for many years, occupying a number of roles including head of our Business Law Practice Group, member of the Management Committee, and past chair of our Students’ Committee.
The Chair of the Management Committee is appointed to a one-year renewable term by the members of Management Committee. The Chair works with the committee to define, set and monitor both long- and short-term objectives of the firm and oversees the policies and decisions that significantly affect the firm's brand, reputation and culture.
